Charlene Frasher

Charlene grew up in a small town in Michigan.  She spent a great deal of her adult life living/traveling across the US and abroad while raising her 2 children. She finally settled in Tennessee in 2008, where she currently lives in Nashville with her musician husband.  Charlene's love of travel developed an interest in the various types of houses and the art of architecture, as well as a flavor for authentic cuisine and cooking.

Charlene has always been ambitious, which has lead to her being a leader for as long as she can remember, whether it was as a competitive cheerleader or as a coach to the younger cheerleading generation, being a lead teacher at a pre-school, becoming a health coach and personal trainer, being a business manager for the Military or climbing the ranks at a Fortune 500 company. Her natural drive to help others is what makes her an amiable real estate agent.

Charlene has an insatiable thirst for knowledge with the goal of bettering herself and the world around her. As an entrepreneur and creative she developed businesses for gift baskets, health coaching/ personal training, guitar string jewelry and more. She developed clientele with each pursuit of creativity, which crafted lifelong friendships. It seems that no matter the job, she is in fact a professional problem solver. She will always go above and beyond to find your ideal home and she’ll be with you every step of the way.
